This year Kinley challenged my creativity by telling me that she wants a penguin party for her birthday. I take my challenges very seriously and have been busy planning this funky penguin party! There will be lots of black and white polka dots with a little bit of black and white damask all accented with hot pink!! Below is a sneak peak at her Oreo cookie favors favors for her penguin party.
