I was just standing on the harbor dock looking at the water and he flew right up next to me and just sat there.
He was so sweet.
This is a very different post for me and I was not sure if I wanted to share something so personal but if I can help just one woman out there it will be worth it.

I have suffered most of my life from UTI’s also know as bladder infections and urinary tract infections. These infections came on in my early twenties and they can be more painful than even childbirth. I will never forget waking up around 4:00 a.m. one morning when I was about 25 years old with the most excruciating pain that I had ever felt. I was desperate to get to the doctors but I had to wait hours for them to open.
During my journey with these UTI’s I have had many complications with antibiotics. The first issue is that I am allergic to EVERY antibiotic that I have ever taken. When I was pregnant with my youngest daughter I was admitted to the hospital for pre-term labor. They discovered that I had a bladder infection. Since I had a long list of antibiotics that I could not take they decided to give me Amoxicillin through an IV. We had decided on Amoxicillin since I had taken this antibiotic many times throughout my childhood and it was the only known antibiotic that I had not reacted to. Unfortunately, I had a major reaction and now I was back to square one.
Years later I have since discovered natural and alternative ways to 100% CURE my bladder infections and I want to share this information so that it might be able to help someone else.
I am not a doctor or a medical professional, I am only writing about my own personal experience and what has worked for me. Please contact your doctor if you have health concerns.
More than 90 percent of all UTIs are caused by Escherichia coli (E. coli). I have cured both E. coli infections as well as a less common Group B Step bladder infection. I treated and cured each infection differently and below I will tell you how.
How I naturally treated and cured my E. coli urinary tract infection:
To cure my E.coli UTI I followed what is written by DR. JONATHAN V. WRIGHT, MD
I took 1 teaspoon of D-Mannose Powder in water every two to three hours for one week. My symptoms improved greatly within 24 hours and I was no longer in pain. The D-Mannose powder worked faster for me than antibiotics ever did. I also stopped eating sugar and took a probiotic. When ever I get a UTI I also visit my acupuncturist immediately and I will typically do two appointments with her within the week.
When an infection strikes this is what I take:
U.T. Vibrance Crisis Intervention Formula
(I buy mine at Whole Foods you can also purchase it on Amazon)
Here is the D-Mannose Powder that I use for prevention, this is safe to take daily. You can get it at most health food stores.
D-Mannose: An Example of a Healthful Sugar
D-Mannose is a simple sugar that occurs naturally in some plants, including cranberries. Although small amounts of D-Mannose are metabolized by the human body, much of it is rapidly excreted in the urine. In the bladder, D-Mannose can adhere to undesirable foreign substances, preventing them from sticking to the lining of the bladder. Because insubstantial amounts of D-Mannose are used by the body, it does not interfere with blood sugar regulation.*
D-Mannose is not a drug. It’s a naturally occurring sugar, closely related to glucose and you even produce it in your body. And very importantly, it does NOT produce the metabolic stresses that fructose does because it’s more like glucose, which every cell in your body is designed to use.
Your body absorbs D-mannose much more slowly than glucose, and the D-mannose does not convert to glycogen or get stored in your liver. Only very small amounts of D-mannose are metabolized, so it doesn’t interfere with blood sugar regulation.
Most of the D-mannose is filtered through your kidneys and routed to your bladder, then quickly excreted in your urine.
D-mannose helps to nourish your healthy flora because it doesn’t affect “friendly” bacteria. It doesn’t kill any bacteria—it just renders them unable to stay in your urinary tract.
When you take antibiotics for a urinary tract infection (UTI), the good bacteria are killed along with the bad, which is why you can develop secondary yeast infections and digestive problems.
How I naturally treated and cured my Group B Strep urinary tract infection:
When my urine culture came back to show that I had a less common Group B Strep bladder infection I was clueless how to treat it. I suffered for two months trying all sorts of things that did not work. Finally I made a visit to my acupuncturist and after my treatment she prescribed me a homeopathic medication called AKUTUR. Within two days of taking 25 drops of AKUTUR, under my tongue three times a day I felt 100% better after being miserable for two days.
AKUTUR Clinical Indications:
ACUTE OR CHRONIC URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS
Urinary tract infections do not occur in a vacuum. They generally occur due to a general condition of being run-down and overly stressed. Sleep deprivation can bring on UTIs.
When chronic or recurring UTIs are occurring despite good stress management and adequate sleep, evaluate the patient for underlying factors such as estrogen deficiency, physical abnormalities of the kidney or bladder, and kidney stones.
I know first hand how miserable UTI”s can be and I hope that this post can help others who have been suffering. Again, I am not a medical professional, I am not selling anything or gaining anything form this post. This is my own personal experience.
