Hello Blog

My poor little blog has been getting neglected as we enter my busy time of year. Life is always super crazy once school starts and we enter back into the soccer and holiday season. I have been spending lots of time doing photo sessions and getting everything all situated at my new studio. I am so excited to finally have a place for my newborn photography. Last week we had a newborn in the studio everyday and yesterday I got to photograph my friends sweet seven day old baby boy.

Below are a few images of my recent work and what I’ve been up to.

And here is my new studio packaging for my photography sessions…

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to package my products. I LOVE my new flash drives and I also love my new logo.

Team Honey Badgers

Reggie is coaching Hadley’s soccer team again this year and we have been having so much fun!

Meet the Honey Badgers!

The girls love to spray red stripes in their hair and sport black noses and whiskers at the games.
So far the they are undefeated.

This team is so awsome and it is filled with wonderful kid’s and parents!

LOVE ♥

I wanted to share a few more images from our wedding vow renewal since we just recently received them all. As I was looking them over it gave me goose bumps and brought tears to my eyes. This was by far one of the best days of my life, not including the days that I gave birth because nothing can top that!

The meaning behind our vow renewal meant more to me than our actual wedding. I wanted our vow renewal ceremony to be simple and intimate, I did not want it to be about an event, the frill and fluff or a guest list. I wanted our day to be about us and our commitment to each other. We only had two guests, our daughters and it could have not been more perfect.

Reggie and I have not had a fairytale marriage and I do think that those exist. Over the years we have hit some bumps in the road and we have worked very hard to keep our love alive. Relationships in general are a lot of work and you have to be willing to put in the time and effort to maintain them. It’s a lot like tending a garden, you have to water it to see it grow. I truly feel the reward of the hard work that we have put in over the years and I have honestly never been so happy! After twelve years together and two children later we still choose each other.

Reggie~
You are AMAZING!! You give me butterflies in my stomach and you make me want to embrace life and live it to it’s fullest. You are the best dad ever and your dedication and commitment to our family is so very appreciated.
Baby, You Rock My World!!!
XOXO

My New Photography Studio

I am super excited to finally announce that I have a new studio! YAY

In addition to my on location sessions I will now be offering studio sessions for newborns and small children. I had an amazing opportunity to share a studio with Renee Whiting Photography and I could not be more happy about it!

The photography studio is located in Scotts Valley, CA in the Camper Evers Shopping Center. It is super cute and has a little boutique feel. You won’t see a shortage on props, hats, tutus, headbands, petti rompers etc.

For more information please visit my photography website.
